Who we are and what we do.
TreuGrund Immobilien GmbH was founded in 1997. It grew out of two separate companies that had already specialised in the management of apartment buildings and condominium complexes since 1993. This also included the letting and sale of real estate as well as the constructional support of renovation measures and the assumption of defect tracking (LP 9).
Today, our range of services also includes the support of property owners’ associations, complete project and facility management.
A well-trained team (property and housing management specialists and civil engineers), a clear organisation and concentration on real estate form the basis of our company.
TreuGrund Immobilien GmbH currently manages a portfolio of around 3.100 residential and commercial units in Berlin and Brandenburg.
