Liability for content

As a service provider we are responsible according to §7 Section 1 TMG for our own content on these pages according to the general laws. In accordance with §§8 to 10 TMG, we are not obliged to monitor transmitted or stored third-party information or to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activity.

Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with general laws remain unaffected by this. Liability, in this respect is, however, only possible from the moment a concrete infringement comes to our attention. As soon as we become aware of such infringements, we will remove the content immediately.

Liability for links

Our offer contains links to external third party websites, on whose content we have no influence. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for these external contents. The respective provider or operator of the pages is always responsible for the contents of the linked pages. The linked pages were checked for putative legal infringements at the time of linking. We were not aware of any illegal content at the time of linking.

Continuous monitoring of the content of linked pages, however, is not feasible without concrete evidence of an infringement of the law. As soon as we become aware of any such legal infringements, we will remove said links immediately.

Copyright
The contents and works on these pages created by the site operators are subject to German copyright law. Duplication, processing, distribution and any form of commercial use of such material, beyond the scope of the copyright law, shall require the prior written consent of its respective author or creator. Downloads and copies of these pages are only permitted for private, non-commercial use.

Insofar as the content on this site was not created by the operator, the copyrights of third parties are respected. In particular, content from third parties is marked as such. Should anyone nevertheless become aware of a copyright infringement, please inform us accordingly. As soon as we become aware of any such infringements, we will remove the relevant content immediately.

Notes on infringement alerts

Should the content or the presentation of these pages violate any third party rights or legal provisions, we would request a corresponding message without invoice.

We guarantee that all passages to which rightful objection is raised will be removed immediately, without the need, on your part, to involve legal support. However, we and our lawyers will reject any demand for costs incurred by you without prior contact and we will, if necessary, file a counterclaim for violation of the aforementioned provisions. Thanking you for your understanding.

Legal validity of this disclaimer

This disclaimer is to be regarded as part and parcel of the internet publication from which you were referred. If sections or individual terms of this statement are not in accord with valid legal requirements or are incorrect, the content or validity of the other sections will remain unaffected by this.

This data will not be merged with other data sources.

4. Analysis tools and advertising

Google reCAPTCHA

We use “Google reCAPTCHA” (hereinafter “reCAPTCHA”) on our websites. The provider is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”).

The purpose of reCAPTCHA is to check whether the data input on our websites (e.g. in a contact form) is made by a person or by an automated programme. To this end, reCAPTCHA analyses the behaviour of the website visitor using various characteristics. This analysis begins automatically as soon as the website visitor enters the website. For the analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g. IP address, length of stay by the website visitor on the website or mouse movements made by the user). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to Google.

The reCAPTCHA analyses run completely in the background. Website visitors are not advised that an analysis is taking place.

Data processing is based on Article 6, Section 1f, GDPR. The website operator has a legitimate interest in protecting its web offers from the misuse of automated surveillance and from SPAM.

For more information about Google reCAPTCHA and Google’s privacy policy, please see the following links: https://www.google.com/intl/de/policies/privacy/ and https://www.google.com/recaptcha/intro/android.html.
